We hope you are happy with it. If you are unsatisfied due to damage or incorrect description, you may return it for a store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and received in unmodified condition. 

To initiate a return, kindly email sales@caribcreations.com  to obtain a pre-authorization. Once the authorization is received, merchandise can be shipped to:

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We, strongly, recommend using a trackable shipping method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt of the item to process the store credit.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Special orders

• Items that have been altered or modified in any way

• Sale items
